Paul Perez was born in Dallas and raised in Frisco, TX when it was a town of about 3,000.

I began working in Real Estate for Prudential in California with Bruce Mulhearn.  Bruce hired me to recruit new
agents while obtaining his Real Estate License. I passed my licensing exam, but decided to
return to Texas.  I left California after only a year and returned to live in the great city of Austin; well ahead of the impending crash.
